      1、 Preparation before ignition

      2、 Ignite

      After startup, the system automatically blows for three minutes, and the blowing is complete The air door automatically closes, and the pneumatic valve starts to open 40 seconds after the blowing is completed At the same time, the ignition valve is opened, the igniter is activated, and after ignition, the gas regulating valve begins to open. Keep the air door open at 25% for 2 minutes, and then operate it on the touch screen Adjust the gas regulating valve.

      3、 Check after ignition

      After the boiler is ignited, use low heat to bake it. The temperature of the boiler water should be maintained at 70-80 degrees Celsius. Add 3kg/t of water and disodium hydrogen phosphate, and maintain the steam pressure at 0.2MPA-0.3MPA for 8 hours. On the second day, increase the pressure to 0.4MPA-0.5MPA and maintain it for 8 hours. On the third day, increase the pressure to around 0.8MPA and maintain it for 8 hours until the boiler gradually cools down. After draining, rinse with clean water. After boiling, inspect the furnace tube and bundle tube wall to ensure that there is no oil scale and no rust on the metal surface.

      5、 Supply of steam

      When the pressure rises to 0.5mpa, slightly open the main air valve to allow a small amount of steam to warm up the pipe. At the same time, open the drain valve to remove condensed water. When warming up the pipe, pay attention to the expansion of the pipe and the condition of the pipe support. If any abnormalities are found, stop warming up the pipe and eliminate faults and defects. Wait until the pipes are heated and the condensed water in the pipes gradually decreases before fully opening the main air valve. The opening should be done slowly, and attention should be paid to whether there are any special noises in various parts of the boiler. If there are, they should be checked in a timely manner, and if necessary, the boiler should be shut down for inspection. After the main air valve is fully opened, the handwheel of the main air valve should be rotated half a turn to prevent it from not rotating due to thermal expansion.

      6、 Management of boiler operation

      1. The boiler must maintain the specified water level during operation, and it is not allowed for the water level to be lower than the safe water level or higher than the high safety water level.

      2. Regularly pay attention to the working pressure and maintain it at normal steam pressure. The specified working pressure of the boiler should be indicated by a red line on the pressure gauge of the boiler.

      3. At least the following tasks should be carried out in each shift:;

      (1) Rinse the pressure gauge once.

      (2) Pot drum The tightness of the manifold, drain valve, and drain valve.

      (3) According to the water quality of the boiler, all drain valves discharge water once or twice.

      (4) It is necessary to test whether the water pump is intact during the shift handover and use the short-term start method to check the working condition of the water pump.

      (5) Check if the values on the water level gauge are consistent.

      (6) Open the drain valve at the bottom of the flue according to the operating conditions and discharge the condensed water from the flue gas two to three times.

      (7) Proofread the pressure gauge every ten days (check every six months)

      (8) Regularly inspect the surroundings of the boiler, and if smoke leaks are found in the smoke box and flue, attention must be paid to eliminating them.

      (9) Conduct a patrol inspection of the boiler body, electrical equipment, feedwater pump, various valves, instruments, and ancillary equipment every hour.

      (10) Regularly conduct manual and automatic steam and water release tests on safety valves.

      (11) Wastewater discharge should be carried out at low loads for as short a time as possible to avoid affecting the water cycle. When discharging, the boiler water should only be discharged when the water level is high. Close attention should be paid to the changes in boiler water level during discharge. Each time the sewage is discharged, the water level in the drum should be lowered by 20-40mm.

      (12) After the discharge is completed and the discharge valve is closed, the tightness of the discharge valve should be checked. Inspection method: Close the drain valve, and after a period of time, manually test whether the pipeline leaving the second drain valve has cooled down. If it has not cooled down, any leakage in the drain valve should be eliminated in a timely manner.

      7、 Shutdown work

      1. When it is necessary to shut down the furnace, switch the load from high to low, press the "stop" button, and the burner will stop working; After confirming that the water level is normal and the status of each valve reaches the specified value, the power supply can be cut off. Except for emergency shutdown, the method of cutting off the main power supply first should not be adopted for shutdown.

      2. Emergency shutdown: In case of sudden gas leakage, boiler overpressure, significant water shortage, or emergency situations where the boiler does not automatically shut down, emergency shutdown measures should be taken. Quickly press the red button on the boiler operation panel, close the gas pipeline main valve, cut off the main power supply to the boiler room, report to the supervisor quickly, and restart only after the hidden danger is eliminated.
