      The LNG storage system consists of LNG storage tanks, auxiliary pipelines, and control instruments. The tank body is composed of two layers (vertical or horizontal). The inner cylinder and pipeline materials are made of S30408 (06Cr18Ni9) austenitic stainless steel, and the outer cylinder is made of carbon steel Q345R pressure vessel steel plate. The operating pressure is 0.6-1.44MPa and the operating temperature is -162 ℃. In order to reduce the transfer of external heat into the tank, a vacuum filled pearl sand insulation structure is used between the two layers to isolate them from the atmosphere, avoiding the influence of atmospheric pressure or temperature changes and the entry of humid air into the insulation layer between the inner and outer tanks, effectively ensuring and improving the effectiveness of the insulation material.

      The LNG storage tank is the main equipment of the LNG gasification station, which directly affects the normal production of the gasification station and also accounts for a large proportion of the cost.
