　　Before igniting the gas boiler, the operator must check whether the pressure gauge safety valve, night level gauge and other safety accessories are functioning properly. If the safety accessories are not qualified, it is strictly prohibited to start the boiler and check whether the boiler fuel gas valve and other valves are leaking.

　　During the operation of a gas boiler, the water level inside the steam bubble should be maintained at the specified level, and the pressure should not exceed the operating pressure of the boiler. Boiler operators should regularly monitor the steam pressure gauge.

　　After shutting down the boiler, wait for the water to cool down to below 70 degrees Celsius before releasing the hot water from the boiler. After draining, use chemical treatment to remove the boiler water.

　　If there is a special noise inside the boiler, the operator should immediately check whether there is any abnormality in the boiler, and if necessary, stop the boiler for inspection.

　　When the boiler is full of water, it should be drained in a timely manner, the water supply should be stopped, and the water level should be restored to normal.

　　6. When igniting, a ignition rod must be used. The ignition should be small at the beginning, and the temperature should not be too fast to avoid uneven heating of various parts, which may affect the service life of the boiler.

　　7. The water supply speed should not be too fast. After starting the fire, attention should be paid to the water level in the furnace at all times. If the water level rises above the high water level, sewage should be discharged to lower the water level.

　　Boiler operators must undergo training and pass assessments before they can operate independently. It is strictly prohibited to operate gas boilers without an operating certificate.

　　When the operator leaves the boiler room, they must close the water, electricity, fuel gas valves, doors and windows.
