1. The pressure gauge and safety valve of the liquid oxygen storage tank should be calibrated regularly. Pressure gauges should be calibrated every six months, and safety valves should be calibrated every year. Pressure gauges and safety valves that have exceeded their calibration validity period are prohibited from use.
2. Regularly monitor the evaporation rate of liquid oxygen storage tanks. When the evaporation rate exceeds three times the requirements of the drawing, a comprehensive inspection must be conducted to identify the cause of the problem, and maintenance should be carried out in conjunction with the equipment manufacturer.
3. Regularly check the vacuum level of the interlayer. If the vacuum level rises above 15Pa, it is necessary to vacuum again. The vacuum pumping of liquid oxygen storage tanks should be implemented by the employing unit or the original manufacturing unit.
Regularly check the frost on the surface of the storage tank. If there is frost on the surface of the storage tank, it indicates that the pearl sand has sunk and should be replenished with pearl sand.
Regularly check the sealing condition of the valve. Tighten the copper nut near the copper nut to solve the leakage. Close the valve and remove the copper nut for inspection. If the PTFE gasket is damaged, replace it.
