Thermal oil is a good heat transfer medium, and indirect heating technology using thermal oil as a heat carrier has been widely used in many industries such as petroleum, chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, rubber, leather, wood processing, etc.
Organic heat carrier boilers are divided into two types: liquid phase and gas phase. The heat transfer oil does not undergo any state change during the heating process in the liquid-phase furnace. After heating up, it is still delivered to the user in a liquid-phase manner. The heat carrier only exchanges heat with the user through its own sensible heat, and then flows back to the heating furnace for further heating and recycling;
During the heating process in the gas-phase furnace of the organic heat carrier boiler, the heat transfer oil vaporizes into hot oil vapor. The hot oil vapor with vaporization heat is sent to the user and releases vaporization heat during the user's heating process. After thermal condensation, the heat transfer oil returns to the heating furnace to continue heating and vaporizing, producing hot oil vapor. This cycle is repeated and reused. Due to its low leakage rate, easy and stable operation, abundant heat carrier resources, and easy selection, liquid-phase heat exchange systems have been widely used.
