      Thermal oil boiler is a boiler that uses thermal oil as the heat medium for heat transfer. By utilizing the high-temperature characteristics of thermal oil, thermal oil boilers can achieve low-pressure and high-temperature heating. When operating a thermal oil boiler, we need to pay attention to the following items, as follows:

      1. The operators of thermal oil boilers should receive training on relevant knowledge of thermal oil boilers and be assessed and certified by the local boiler safety supervision agency.

      2. Units using thermal oil boilers must develop operating procedures for thermal oil boilers. The operating procedures should include methods and precautions for starting, operating, shutting down, emergency shutdown, etc. of the conductive hot oil boiler. Operators must operate according to the operating procedures.

      3. Careful inspection should be carried out during use to prevent water, acid, alkali, and low boiling point substances from leaking into the system. The system should be equipped with a filtering device to prevent impurities from entering and ensure the purity of the oil.

      4. When the heat transfer oil boiler is put into use, in the initial operation stage, the circulating oil pump should be started first, and after running for half an hour, it should be ignited and heated up. When it is first used, the temperature should be slowly raised at a rate of about 20 ℃ per hour. When the temperature rises to 180-200 ℃, it should be kept warm for a period of time before being put into normal use.

      5. During the heating process of the thermal oil boiler, the exhaust valve of the expansion tank should be opened to exhaust the mixed steam of air, water, and organic heat carriers before entering normal operation.

      6. Thermal oil boilers must undergo dehydration before they can be used. Different organic heat carriers should not be mixed for use. When mixed use is required, the organic heat carrier production unit should provide the mixing conditions and requirements before mixing.
