According to GB/T18442.1-6-2011 "Fixed Vacuum Insulated Cryogenic Pressure Vessels", Shandong Zhongjie Special Installation conducted low-temperature performance type tests on 30 cubic carbon dioxide storage tanks. The low-temperature performance testing was conducted by an institution recognized by the national special equipment safety supervision and management department and responsible for issuing a report.
Based on our company's manufacturing experience, the design pressure for carbon dioxide storage tanks insulated with pearl sand is generally between 1.6 and 2.5 MPa. As all 30 cubic liquid carbon dioxide storage tanks have insulation, the design pressure is 2.2 MPa, the working pressure is 2.16 MPa, and the design temperature is -40 ℃.
