Shandong Zhongjie One100 cubic meter LNG storage tankIn March 2021, the LNG tank was loaded and shipped to Chongqing from the Bohai Road factory area. This LNG tank is a vertical low-temperature storage tank, which has the advantages of occupying a small area and saving installation space compared to conventional horizontal storage tanks.
This LNG storage tank adopts a double-layer cylindrical vacuum powder insulation structure, with the inner container used to store LNG liquid. The material of the container is S30408, and the upper and lower heads of the tank are standard elliptical heads. The outer cylinder directly contacts the atmosphere and is made of Q245R low-alloy steel. An eight point support structure is used between the inner and outer cylinders.
The inner and outer compartments of a 100 cubic meter LNG storage tank are insulated with pearl sand insulation material and vacuum sealed. The pressure of the inner and outer compartments is ≤ 3Pa, and the factory vacuum degree is better than the national standard to ensure the daily evaporation rate; The storage tank is equipped with instrument valves for various interfaces at the factory, such as inlet valves, outlet valves, etc. The entry and exit of liquids, as well as on-site observation of pressure and liquid level, can be achieved through pressure gauges and level gauges.
In addition to the 100 cubic meter LNG storage tank, our factory also produces LNG low-temperature tanks ranging from 5 to 200 cubic meters; The warranty period for valves and instruments in storage tanks is one year, during which free service and maintenance are provided, and damaged parts are replaced free of charge. The equipment warranty period is 15 months after delivery. The top of the LNG storage tank is designed with a hanging structure for easy transportation, lifting, and installation. The unique process manhole design ensures the cleanliness of the interior when the container is closed.
