    Description :

    working principle

      The main components of VOC waste heat boiler include inlet smoke box, superheater (as needed), evaporator, steam water separator (drum), economizer, and outlet smoke box.

      After incineration treatment, VOCs are evenly distributed to various heating surfaces of the flue through the inlet smoke box, and then flow through the superheater, evaporator, and evaporator to cool down to 350-400 ℃ before entering the SCR reactor for denitrification. Afterwards, they enter the economizer, desulfurization equipment, chimney and are discharged into the atmosphere.

      After water treatment, the raw water enters the softened water tank. If the evaporation rate is greater than 10t/h, a deaerator needs to be added. The softened water is heated to 104 ℃ by a thermal deaerator, and then pressurized by a feed pump before fully absorbing heat in the economizer and entering the drum.

      The water in the drum is evenly distributed to the heating surfaces of each finned tube through the downcomer and lower header, absorbing the heat of the flue gas and becoming a mixture of steam and water. Under the effect of density difference, the mixture of steam and water flows upward and is introduced into the drum through the steam outlet pipe. Under the separation of steam and water in the drum, the steam is led to the steam separation cylinder or steam consumption point through the steam outlet, and the liquid water is separated and enters the downcomer pipe for further circulation.
