　　Equipment and pipeline system testing

　　1.1 During the experiment, the ambient temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃. When the ambient temperature is lower than 5 ℃, anti freezing measures should be taken.

　　After the installation of the storage tank pipeline, strength and tightness tests should be conducted on the equipment and pipeline system. The strength test pressure is 1.5 times the design pressure (safety should be taken into account); The tightness test pressure is 1.15 times the design pressure. The pressure stabilization time for the strength test shall not be less than 1 hour, and it is qualified if there is no air leakage, no cracks or deformations in the welds, flanges, brackets, etc.

　　1.3. After the tank strength test is qualified, the tightness test shall be carried out. After reaching the pressure, the welds shall be inspected with soapy water, and temperature and pressure data shall be recorded once per hour. The temperature and pressure measurement points during the experimental process should be representative.

　　2. Pipeline system purging

　　2.1 After the strength test of the storage tank system is qualified, or before the air pressure tightness test, it should be blown in sections according to the specific situation. The blowing medium is air, and there should be sufficient flow rate for pipeline blowing. The blowing pressure should not exceed the design pressure, and the flow rate should not be less than 20 meters per second. The continuous blowing time depends on the specific situation on site. If the blowing is qualified, it can be checked continuously with white cloth or steel plate coated with dry white paint at the gas discharge outlet. It is qualified if there is no rust, debris, dust, or moisture at all.

　　2.2 Before blowing, the firmness of the supports and hangers should be considered, and reinforcement should be carried out if necessary.
