3. 1. Nitrogen replacement
1.1. Open the tank vent valve and vent the liquefied gas remaining in the tank. When the pressure drops to around 5000Pa, close the vent valve. Maintain the pressure inside the tank at 3000-5000Pa (with special emphasis on preventing zero or negative pressure in the storage tank).
Open the N2 steel cylinder valve, reduce the pressure through the pressure reducing valve, and enter the replacement pipeline. Install an exhaust port in front of valve A at the tank mouth to remove the air inside the pipeline. After sampling analysis, it is considered qualified when the oxygen content is less than 1%, and the exhaust valve is closed.
