      Installation and operation requirements

      1. The deaerator should be placed above the feedwater pump, and the height difference between the low water level of the deaeration tank and the centerline of the feedwater pump should not be less than 6-7 meters. The contact between the bottom plate of the water tank support and the concrete is dense.

      2. The lower part of the water tank is equipped with a reboiler pipe, which is used for heating and deoxygenation during boiler water filling and unit start-up. It should be stopped immediately after the unit starts with load.

      3. Install anti swirl plates at the outlet of the water tank to prevent water from swirling at low water levels and increase the effective volume of the water tank accordingly. Experimental results have shown that the swirl of water has a significant impact on the cavitation of water pumps. Without anti swirl plates, the water level in the water tank must be maintained at three times the height of the pipe diameter, while with anti swirl plates, it can be reduced to less than 1.5 times.

      4. Install temperature transmitters and flow sensors in the inlet pipe of the deaerator, and install a water level transmitter in the deaerator to detect signals such as inlet temperature, inlet flow rate, and deaerator water level. Input the detection signals to the calculation and processing module to control the balance of hydraulic and thermal conditions between the deaerator inlet water and the heating steam. To achieve the desired deaeration effect and ensure the deaeration temperature (104 ± 1.5 ℃), adjust the electric actuator regulating valve installed on the steam pipeline, and heat the incoming steam. The steam flow rate is automatically adjusted according to changes in deaeration water temperature. After the water replenishment stops, the electric actuator automatically shuts off.

      5. Adjust the water level regulation system to maintain the water level in the tank within the normal range of ± 100mm. When two deaerators need to operate in parallel, in order to balance the pressure and water level inside the deaerator, there must be a steam and water balance pipe that can be connected to the oxygen water tank to make the pressure, water temperature, and water level as consistent as possible. When the water level reaches the normal water level ± 200mm, which is the limit water level, the high water level discharge valve (electric gate valve) can be flexibly opened to discharge water, and it should automatically close when the water level drops. During operation, it is necessary to regularly check whether the electric water level control system operates flexibly and whether the supply water control valve operates flexibly.

      6. Adjust the opening of the exhaust valve to achieve an exhaust volume of approximately 2-3kg of deoxygenated water per ton.

      7. When the deaerator is running, the inlet valve should be opened first, followed by the heating steam inlet valve, and the opposite should be done when stopping. 8. When the deaerator is running, if water is found in the exhaust steam, the following methods can be taken to deal with it:

      a、 Adjust the heating steam inlet valve

      b、 Check the pressure adjustment device

      c、 Manual voltage reduction operation

      d、 Gradually close the secondary heating steam shut-off valve.
