　　1: Before using the LNG gasification sled for the first time, connect the pneumatic valve to 0.3-0.6Mpa nitrogen or compressed air, and there is an electromagnetic valve that can control the switch. Blow the entire pipeline system with nitrogen or pure compressed air to remove any residue of grease, water stains, and metal powder inside the system pipes.

　　2: Connect the gas outlet of the LNG gasification pry to the gas equipment and conduct a pressure test to ensure that there is no air leakage at the interface. It is strongly recommended that users install a gas odorization device before installing the gas outlet and gas equipment of the LNG gasification pry.

　　3: Add clean water to the electric heater installed on the LNG gasification platform, ensuring that the water level is not less than half of the water level gauge, and regularly check and replenish to ensure heat exchange efficiency.

　　4: Connect the electric heating to the power supply (three-phase four wire system), turn on the power type heating effect and control effect, adjust the temperature regulator on the temperature control box to the appropriate temperature range. Generally, adjust it to 25-35 degrees Celsius in summer, and turn off the electric heating if the requirements are not high. In winter, adjust it to 45-55 degrees Celsius (if set too high, it will waste electricity, and if set too low, it may affect gas efficiency). After setting the temperature, it is rarely used for maintenance, only occasionally check the water level, and add some water when the water level is low.

　　5: Close all valves, return all pressure regulating valves to a pressure free state, connect the LNG cylinder, open the discharge valve of the cylinder - LNG gasification pry inlet valve - Air temperature vaporizer inlet valve - Air temperature vaporizer outlet valve - Pneumatic emergency shut-off valve - Front and rear ball valves of the first stage pressure regulating valve - Slowly adjust the outlet pressure of the first stage pressure regulating valve to be greater than 0.1Mpa and less than 0.25Mpa - Adjust the outlet pressure of the second stage pressure reducing valve to the appropriate pressure value.

　　6: When stopping use, first close the valve of the gas cylinder. When there is no pressure at the outlet of the LNG gasification pry, close the inlet and outlet valves of the LNG gasification pry, open the vent valve after the first stage pressure reduction, and remove the hose connecting the gas cylinder. Or close the inlet and outlet valves, and open the vent valve in the middle of the first and second pressure reduction stages to keep the other valves open. Do not turn off the electric heating power when not in use in winter to ensure that the water inside the electric heater does not freeze. Or promptly drain the water inside the electric heater to avoid freezing and damaging the outer shell.

　　7: Replace gas cylinder: This LNG gasification sled has two liquid inlet ports, which can be used to supply gas alternately with two LNG gas cylinders. First, open one gas cylinder, close the valve of the previous gas cylinder before using up the liquid in the cylinder, and open the valve of the second gas cylinder. Do not wait until the previous gas cylinder is out of gas before opening the second gas cylinder to avoid affecting use.

　　8: The LNG gasification pry should not be directly exposed to sunlight or rain.
