　　The liquefied natural gas storage tank is a horizontal, double-layer cylindrical vacuum powder insulation structure. The inner cylinder contains LNG and is made of S30408 material. The head is a standard elliptical head, and the outer cylinder faces the atmosphere. The material is Q345R low-alloy steel, and an eight point support structure is used between the inner and outer cylinders. The interlayer thickness is 250mm, and the inner and outer cylinder interlayers are filled with insulation material pearl sand insulation material and vacuumed. The pressure of the inner and outer interlayer is ≤ 5Pa, and the factory vacuum degree is better than the national standard to ensure the daily evaporation rate index; The storage tank is equipped with a complete set of valves and instruments for operation. The vacuum valve adopts three "O" ring seals, effectively ensuring the reliability of the interlayer seal, and is made of all stainless steel with a compact size. The top of the liquefied natural gas storage tank is designed with a hanging structure for easy transportation, lifting, and installation. The unique process manhole design ensures the cleanliness of the interior when the container is closed. The use of vacuum isolation valves and vacuum gauge tube combination vacuum valves on liquefied natural gas storage tanks facilitates the measurement and maintenance of the vacuum degree in the tank interlayer, prolongs the service life of the tank, and improves the quality of the tank.
