Description :

　　In terms of appearance, it is a U-shaped screw conveyor and a tubular screw conveyor.

　　There are two types of conveyor modes: axial (XWLX-A) and shaftless (XWLX-B) screw conveyors. The former is suitable for non sticky dry powder materials and small particle materials such as cement, fly ash, lime, grain, etc. The latter is suitable for conveying viscous and easily entangled materials such as sludge, biomass, garbage, etc.

　　working principle

　　The rotating spiral blades push the material to be transported by the spiral conveyor, and the force that prevents the material from rotating together with the spiral conveyor blades is the weight of the material itself and the frictional resistance of the spiral conveyor housing to the material. The spiral blades welded on the rotating shaft of the screw conveyor have different surface types depending on the conveyed material, including solid surface type, belt surface type, and blade surface type. The screw shaft of the screw conveyor has a thrust bearing at the end of the material movement direction to provide axial reaction force to the screw along with the material. When the machine is long, an intermediate suspension bearing should be added.

　　Features of the equipment

　　The whole machine has a small cross-sectional size, good sealing performance, stable and reliable operation, can be loaded and unloaded at multiple points in the middle, safe operation, and easy maintenance.

　　1. Lubricating oil should be added to transmission components such as bearings, gears, and chains at regular intervals.

　　After the box conveyor is stopped, the wear of the spiral blades should be checked, and if the wear is severe, welding should be repaired.

　　3. The conveying capacity should not be overloaded, otherwise it may cause the spiral shaft to bend and the box to expand.

　　When the conveyed medium has a high degree of elasticity, attention should be paid to whether the expansion and contraction of the box body are free and there are no jamming areas. If there are any, they should be resolved promptly.

　　When the noise emitted by the conveyor during operation is harsh, it should be covered for inspection and troubleshooting.
