      Main structure: motor, bearing seat, feeding hopper, front support, spindle, double helix, filter screen, frame, juice container, pressure regulating head, rear support, slag hopper, hydraulic system, hydraulic cylinder and other components.

      Working principle: The crushed fruit pulp, juice, and skin enter the double helix juicer through the feeding hopper. As the bottom diameter of the helix gradually increases along the direction of the slag outlet and the pitch gradually decreases, when the material is pushed forward by the helix, the volume of the helix chamber shrinks, forming a squeezing effect on the material. The rotation direction of the spiral spindle is counterclockwise when viewed from the feeding hopper towards the slag hopper. The raw materials are added to the feeding hopper and are compressed under the push of the screw. The squeezed juice flows into the bottom juice container through the filter screen, while the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulating head. The pressure regulating head moves axially and is directly controlled by the hydraulic system. Adjusting the pressure of the hydraulic system, that is, adjusting the resistance of slag discharge, can change the juice output rate. However, if the hydraulic system pressure is too high, under strong squeezing, some of the slag particles will be squeezed out through the filter screen together with the juice. Although the juice output increases, the quality of the juice relatively decreases. The size of the hydraulic system pressure should be determined according to the specific process requirements of the user. Thus achieving the automatic separation of juice and residue.
