Galvanized pipe greenhouse skeleton is a greenhouse support structure made of Q235/Q195 carbon steel as the substrate, processed by hot-dip galvanizing and anti-corrosion treatment. It is currently the most widely used greenhouse skeleton category in facility agriculture. The specific introduction is as follows:

1、 Process and core characteristics

The core process is hot-dip galvanizing: the processed steel pipe is immersed in a molten zinc solution at around 450 ℃, forming a dense zinc iron alloy layer and pure zinc layer inside and outside the pipe. The thickness of the zinc layer can reach 60 μ m-200 μ m, which is much thicker than cold galvanizing (only about 10 μ m), and the corrosion resistance is increased by 3-5 times. It can adapt to high temperature and high humidity environments in greenhouses for a long time and meets the national standard specification of GB/T 3091-2015.

2、 Mainstream specifications and classifications

According to the cross-sectional form, it can be divided into two categories, and the specifications can be customized as needed:

1. Galvanized round pipe

-Conventional specifications: The outer diameter covers from 20mm to 114mm, with a wall thickness range of 1.5mm to 4.0mm. Common sizes include 20mm to 2.0mm for arch rods, 2.5mm for greenhouse main frames, and 3.0mm for multi span greenhouse columns.

-Advantages: Strong universality, moderate cost, easy processing and bending, suitable for various shed types.

2. Galvanized elliptical pipe

-Conventional specifications: common long axis 30-80mm, short axis 40-60mm, wall thickness 1.5mm-3.0mm, mainstream sizes such as 30 × 60mm, 30 × 70mm, 40 × 80mm.

-Advantages: Under the same weight, the bending strength is increased by 15% -20% compared to circular pipes, and the wind resistance coefficient is reduced by 20%. It is suitable for large-span connected greenhouses or areas with strong wind.

1. Long service life: The skeleton treated with standard hot-dip galvanizing can have a main service life of 15-25 years, much higher than bamboo, wood, and cold galvanized skeletons, and can be used stably even in high humidity and high salt alkali areas.

Easy installation and maintenance: The factory prefabrication and processing are completed, supporting cutting to length, punching and bending, and on-site bolt connection without on-site welding, with fast construction speed; There is no need for frequent anti-corrosion treatment in the later stage, and the maintenance cost is low.

Flexible adaptability: Supports customization of various shed types with spans ranging from 8 meters to 16 meters, and can be used as pillarless greenhouses to increase cultivation area and mechanized work space. It can be adapted to single story underground sheds, large connected greenhouses, and glass intelligent greenhouses.

5. Outstanding cost-effectiveness: The price is more than 60% lower than that of stainless steel skeleton, and the overall economy is superior to other material skeletons in terms of service life and maintenance costs.

-Pricing by ton: The price of conventional raw materials is about 3650-4000 yuan/ton;
