　　The JLXK1 series travel switch is suitable for AC 50Hz, voltage up to 380V or DC voltage up to 220V control circuits. Used to control the stroke of the motion mechanism and change the direction or speed of motion.

　　Normal working conditions

　　The travel switch ensures reliable operation under the following conditions:

　　(a) The altitude shall not exceed 2000 meters.

　　(b) The temperature of the surrounding medium shall not exceed+40 ℃ and shall not be lower than -25 ℃

　　(c) The relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 85% [(20 ± 5) ℃]

　　(d) In a medium without explosive hazards, and without gas dust (including conductive dust) that can corrode metals and damage insulation.

　　Structural Overview

　　The micro switch installed inside the travel switch is a double break structure, and the instantaneous connection and disconnection of the travel switch contacts are achieved by the action of the operating mechanism.

　　JLXK1-111 is a single wheel type that can automatically reset. The operating mechanism of the head can rotate and be fixed in four different positions that are 90 degrees apart from each other. If the direction of the collision block in the operating mechanism is changed, it can meet the requirements of one-way or two-way action.

　　JLXK1-211 is a dual wheel, non automatic reset.

　　JLXK1-411 is a roller push rod type that can automatically reset.

　　The travel switch has the advantages of small size, reliable action, long service life, and easy adjustment.
