Overview
The DXZ series multifunctional limiter is developed and produced by our company with the introduction of European technology. It has the characteristics of compact structure, small size, multiple functions, high precision, adjustable limit, strong universality, and easy installation, maintenance, and adjustment. It adopts an adjustable mechanical memory structure, with reliable performance and high sensitivity. It can achieve bidirectional deceleration (or alarm) and limit for moving machinery, and can also be equipped with synchronous sensors to output corresponding electrical signals to ZXY type display instruments, which can achieve instantaneous position display of travel (such as height and amplitude)
Model and meaning
The function of the model allows users to accurately provide product specifications and quantities according to the following examples as needed
Example 1: LLZ-4/7W, DXZ-4/7W
Namely: There are 4 control circuits for the limiter, with a transmission ratio of 1:274 and sensors
Example 2: LLZ-6/F (600), DXZ-6/F (600)
Namely: 6 limit control circuits, non-standard, transmission ratio 1:600, without sensors

The adjustment method is now introduced as follows:
1. Remove the upper cover of the multifunctional limiter (as shown in the figure below), check and tighten 2 M3 × 55 screws;
2. Loosen the M5 nut;
3. Turn the controlled mechanism to the desired position (empty load) as needed, and the corresponding micro switch will switch instantly when controlling the action of the mechanism. Namely: Adjust the corresponding adjustment axis (Z) to press down the micro switch (WK) contact of the memory cam (T);
4. Tighten the M5 nut (the nut must be tightened, otherwise it will cause memory disorder);
5. Repeatedly run the mechanism without load several times to verify the accuracy of the memory position (repeat the above adjustments if there are errors);
6. Confirm that the position meets the requirements, tighten the M5 nut, and install the cover;
7. After the institution operates normally, it should regularly check whether the memory control position has changed in order to make timely corrections.
