    Description :

      The DZY-210 intermediate relay is a DC voltage type intermediate relay mainly used in power systems and automation control systems to increase the number and capacity of contacts and meet complex control requirements.

      The relay adopts a valve type electromagnetic structure design, and its core components include coils, magnetic conductors, armatures, and contact systems. The coil is usually mounted on a "П" - shaped or "U" - shaped magnetic conductor, with a movable armature above the magnetic conductor and two rows of contact systems on both sides of the magnetic conductor. When the excitation applied to the coil is equal to or greater than its operating value, the armature is attracted to the guide magnet, and at the same time, the armature presses the contact spring, causing the contact to connect, disconnect, or switch the controlled circuit. When the coil of the relay is powered off or the excitation amount decreases to less than its return value, the armature and contact piece return to their original positions.

      The DZY-210 intermediate relay has multiple rated voltage options, such as 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V, 60V, 100V, 110V, 127V, 220V, and 380V, to adapt to different application environments. In addition, its contact capacity is large and can withstand high currents and voltages, ensuring the stable operation of the circuit. The contact forms are diverse, the combination is flexible, the application range is wide, and the adaptability is strong.

      The operating voltage and holding voltage shall not exceed 70% of the rated voltage, and the operating voltage of DZJ-200 shall not exceed 80% of the rated voltage. The holding voltage shall not be less than 30% of the rated voltage

      Thermal stability (at an ambient temperature of 40C): The voltage winding can withstand 110% of the rated voltage for a long time with a temperature rise not exceeding 65C, and the current winding can withstand three times the rated current for 5 seconds.

      Moisture and heat resistance performance

      At a temperature of+40C, according to the alternating damp heat test procedure and method, after 2 weeks and 48 hours of testing, the insulation resistance value between the exposed non charged metal parts and the shell of the relay, as well as between the coil circuit and the contact circuit, shall not be less than 4M2, measured using a testing instrument with an open circuit voltage of 500V.
