This series of intermediate relays is used in various protection and automatic control devices to increase the number and capacity of contacts in the protection and control circuits.
structural principle
1. This electric appliance is a valve type electromagnetic electric appliance. The coil is mounted on a "" - shaped magnetic conductor, with a movable armature on top. Two rows of contact springs are installed on both sides of the magnetic conductor to lift the armature upwards in a non active state, maintaining a certain gap between the armature and the magnetic conductor. When the electromagnetic torque between the air gaps exceeds the reactive torque, the armature is attracted to the guide magnet, and at the same time, the street iron presses the contact spring, causing the normally closed contact to open and the normally open contact to close, completing the relay operation. When the electromagnetic torque decreases to a certain value, due to the reaction torque of the contact spring, the contact and the armature return to their initial positions, preparing for the next work.
2. The "" shape of this relay adopts a double iron core structure for the magnet, which means that coils can be installed on both side columns. For DZY, DZL, and DZJ models, only one coil is installed, while for DZB, DZS, and DZK models, another iron core can be installed as needed to hold the coil or delay damping plates. Thus, relays with significantly different coil types can all use a common magnetic conductor.
3. According to the common use of intermediate relays and signal relays in electrical protection, this relay X-type product is equipped with a linkage action signal indication and reset mechanism, and has a pair of mechanical holding contact points to connect remote signals, which can completely eliminate the linkage signal relay. This is meaningful for improving the reliability of the holding device, simplifying wiring, and reducing costs.
