    Description :

      DZS-249 intermediate relay is an electromagnetic intermediate relay with delay, mainly used in various protection and automatic control devices to increase the number and capacity of contacts in protection and control circuits. This relay has a valve type electromagnetic structure, and its operating principle is that when the excitation amount applied to the intermediate relay coil is equal to or greater than its operating value, the armature is attracted to the guide magnet, and at the same time, the armature presses the contact spring, causing the contact to connect, disconnect, or switch the controlled circuit. When the coil of the relay is powered off or the excitation amount decreases to less than its return value, the armature and contact piece return to their original positions.

      The main technical parameters of DZS-249 intermediate relay include action value, holding value, return value, medium strength, thermal performance, as well as contact breaking capacity and connection ability. The operating value refers to the relay operating voltage being 30% to 70% of the rated voltage, while the holding value requires the holding voltage not to exceed 70% of the rated holding voltage and the holding current not to exceed 80% of the rated holding current. The return value is required to be no less than 5% of the rated value. In addition, the relay should be able to withstand a certain dielectric strength, that is, between each conductive circuit connected together and the exposed non charged metal parts and shells, as well as between the coil circuit and the contact circuit, it should be able to withstand an AC test voltage of 2kV (effective value) and 50Hz for 1 minute without insulation breakdown or flashover phenomenon. In terms of thermal performance, when the ambient temperature is 40 ℃, the voltage winding can withstand 110% of the rated voltage for a long time with a temperature rise of no more than 65 ℃, while the current winding can withstand 3 times the rated current for 5 seconds. In terms of contact breaking capacity and connection ability, the DZS-249 intermediate relay has a certain breaking and connection ability under the condition that the main contact allows a long-term current of 5A and the signal contact allows a long-term current of 3A.

      When debugging the DZS-249 intermediate relay, it is important to note that the gap between the dynamic and static contacts of the relay should not be less than 2mm, the overtravel of the dynamic contact should be 0.3mm-0.5mm, the pressure after the dynamic contact is closed should not be less than 0.1N, and the pressure after the dynamic contact is disconnected should not be less than 0.08N. Adjusting the pressure of the dynamic and static contacts can change the action and return values.
