      2. Product Introduction

      3. Product Features

      1. Good insulation and energy-saving effect

      Siliceous modified polyphenyl board continues the advantages of traditional EPS foam board with small thermal conductivity and large thermal storage coefficient, and has better thermal insulation effect than inorganic active thermal insulation mortar and foam glass on the market.

      4. Construction of External Wall Insulation System

      VI. Construction Technology

      1. Construction process flow

      Grassroots preparation → measurement and laying out → sticking and flipping fiberglass mesh cloth → pasting polystyrene board → fixing anchor bolts → applying 3-5mm plastering mortar and pressing it into the mesh cloth → completion of insulation layer

      2. Construction Process Description

      2.1 The base surface of the structural wall must be cleaned thoroughly, and before construction, a comprehensive inspection of the wall's flatness and verticality must be organized in accordance with relevant national standards. Use a 2m ruler to check, with a deviation of no more than 5mm. Any deviation should be reported to the civil engineering party in a timely manner, and the deviated parts should be chiseled or repaired flat. The project is divided into four facades for spot checks (south facade, north facade, east facade, west facade), with three spot checks on each facade and a total of 12 points on the four facades.

      2.2?? According to the drawing requirements, pop out external door and window control lines on the wall.

      2.3?? Paste polystyrene board

      2.3.1?? Polyphenylene board cutting: Use a paper cutter or hand saw to cut the polystyrene board. The standard board size is 1200mm × 600mm, with a diagonal and board thickness error of ± 2mm. Non standard boards are processed according to the actual required size, with a permissible size deviation of ± 2mm and vertical size surfaces.

      2.3.2?? Preparation of bonding mortar: Mix the polymer bonding mortar TS-221 directly with water (1:0.21-0.24) and let it stand for 3 minutes before stirring again. It is advisable to use up the dosage within 1 hour. If it becomes too dry during use, it can be mixed with water and reused.

      2.3.3?? The surface layer is coated using the dot frame method to bond polystyrene board, achieving a bonding area of 40%, which will make the bonding more firm.

      2.3.4?? After applying the adhesive, immediately stand the board in place and paste it. When pasting, gently rub and evenly squeeze it, and use a wire support board to check its verticality and flatness at any time. Squeeze tightly between the boards, and leave no adhesive at the joint. When pasting polystyrene boards, the seams should be staggered up and down. After pasting each board, the extruded adhesive should be removed in a timely manner, and there should be no gaps between the boards. If there are gaps, polystyrene boards of corresponding width should be used to fill them. The polystyrene boards attached to adjacent walls at the corner of the sun should be connected in a staggered manner

      2.4? Polishing of polystyrene board surface layer

      The uneven joints of polystyrene board should be smoothed with a polishing trowel, and the polishing action should be a gentle circular motion. After grinding, use a brush to clean up the debris.

      2.5?? Surface layer mortar TS-220 for laying fiberglass mesh

      2.5.1 Preparation of Elastic Plaster Mortar TS-220: Mix TS-220 powder with water (1:0.21-0.24) and mix evenly. The recommended amount for one preparation should be used up within 1 hour. If over drying occurs during use, add water appropriately and mix again before use.

      2.5.2 Apply a layer of prepared plastering mortar 2-3mm evenly on the surface of polystyrene board.

      2.5.3 Laying Grid Cloth

      If the door and window openings do not rely on expansion joints, a layer of 400mm × 200mm arrow shaped mesh cloth should be added along the 45 degree angle direction for reinforcement, and the reinforcement part should be below the large mesh cloth (see attached detailed drawing).

      2.5.4 Stretch the large mesh cloth horizontally, use a trowel to smooth the mesh cloth from the middle to the upper and lower sides, and press it into the bottom layer of mortar. The overlap width of the mesh cloth on both sides should not be less than 100mm, and the overlap width of the upper and lower parts should not be less than 80mm. The mesh cloth should not be wrinkled or curled, and it is strictly prohibited to have loose, misplaced, tilted, bulging, or wrinkled mesh cloth. A 400mm mesh cloth needs to be added locally at the internal and external corners.

      2.5.5 Completion of insulation layer

      Apply another layer of plastering mortar on the surface of the mesh cloth, with a thickness of about 1-2mm to cover the mesh cloth.

      3. Precautions

      During the construction of TS-221 bonding mortar on site, it is strictly prohibited to add any other materials or items to ensure stable product quality.

      3.2 The TS-221 bonding mortar and TS-220 plastering mortar mixed with water should be used up within 2 hours, and should not be reused the next day or after drying to avoid affecting the quality effect.

      3.3 The construction and acceptance of exterior walls and doors and windows have been completed, and the base surface meets the requirements of the "Quality Inspection and Evaluation Standards for Building Engineering" (GBJ301-88). Surface unevenness should be leveled with mortar before construction can proceed

      3.4 The ambient temperature and substrate temperature at the operating location shall not be lower than 5 ℃; The wind speed should not exceed level 5, and construction cannot be carried out on rainy days.
