Description :
Rock wool strips are made by cutting high-strength rock wool boards into specific structures, thus possessing high compressive strength and excellent fire resistance. Rock wool strips, as filling materials for rock wool sandwich panels, provide excellent fire resistance for wall panels and roof panels. The use of chemical quick drying adhesives and mechanical curing technology to produce various specifications of products has made important contributions to creating a safe, high-quality exterior wall with good temperature insulation and sound insulation effects.
Bulk density: 100-200kg/m3; Length: 1000-1200mm; Width: 30-1000mm;
Thickness: 28mm, 36mm, 40mm, 50mm, 75mm, 80mm, 100mm (fiber vertical direction); Special dimensions, bulk density, and thickness can be customized according to customer requirements.
Performance attribute: Thermal conductivity (metal plate) 0.040W/m.k
Sound absorption/insulation: The open structure of the rock wool strip provides Jihao with its sound absorption/insulation performance.
Fire resistance: This product is tested as non combustible according to ASTM E-136 standard.
Compressive strength: Rock wool strips are processed from profiled sheets, and the fibers are upright in the assembly line process, so they can withstand high loads.
5%: Pressure resistance>25Kpa; 10%: Pressure resistance>40Kpa.
Moisture resistance: Rock wool strips are waterproof and have good ability to release water vapor pressure to the roof structure.
Chemical and biological properties: The pH value of the rock wool strip is 7 or slightly alkaline, and it meets the requirements of ASTM-C-795 and JIS-A-9504 standards, which cannot meet the normal growth of molds, fungi, and bacteria.
