working principle:
This product operates on the principles of optical scattering and electrochemistry. Use a pump to make air flow along the pipeline. Particles in the air have a scattering effect on incident light, and the intensity of the scattered light is related to the particle size. Air sampling is carried out by generating internal negative pressure through a fan. When particles in the sampled gas are collected by a beam of light such as a laser source, light scattering occurs. Scattered light is converted into an electrical pulse signal through a photoelectric converter. The larger the particle size, the larger the peak value of the pulse signal. The number concentration of each particle size can be determined by the peak value and number of pulses at this time. By testing the quantity and intensity of scattered light, real-time test data can be obtained. At the same time, for trace reducing pollutants in the air, sensors composed of metal oxides will increase their conductivity with the increase of pollutant gas concentration, that is, the degree of air pollution will be sensed by the magnitude of the change in conductivity.
