      Product Overview

      The XY-5021 portable rapid oil fume detector (three in one) (hereinafter referred to as the detector) is mainly used to collect the concentration of oil fume emissions in flues and chimneys. This detector meets the requirements of JJG 680-2007 "Verification Regulations for Smoke and Dust Samplers", JJG 518-1998 "Verification Regulations for Pitot Tubes", GB16157-1996 "Determination of Particulate Matter and Sampling Methods for Gaseous Pollutants in Fixed Pollution Source Exhaust", HJ/T48-1999 "Technical Conditions for Smoke and Dust Samplers", and GB18483 "Emission Standards for Cooking Fumes in the Catering Industry". The product has stable performance, easy operation, small portability, and stable flow rate, greatly reducing labor intensity.

      Scope of Application

      The detector is suitable for fixed flow sampling and concentration measurement of oil fume in fixed pollution sources, as well as measurement of oil fume parameters such as temperature, dynamic pressure, static pressure, and environmental atmospheric pressure and temperature parameters of flue gas, to evaluate the concentration of organized emissions of oil fume.

      working principle

      The detector uses a sampling pump to extract oil fume samples. When the gas flows through the oil fume sensor, the oil fume concentration signal is sent to the microprocessor for processing to obtain the concentration. Based on the pitot tube and temperature sensor, the dynamic static pressure and oil fume temperature of the flue and chimney are measured and converted into the flow velocity of the flue and chimney.
