working principle
This laser dust meter is an environmental monitoring instrument developed by our company. This product complies with JJG 846-2015 "Verification Regulations for Dust Concentration Measuring Instruments". The instrument mainly consists of a control circuit board, optical monitor, air pump, communication module, etc. Its principle is to measure the environmental dust concentration through laser scattering method, achieve fixed-point monitoring and communication transmission of measurement data.
Functional Overview
Real time display of dust quality concentration, with a range of up to 50mg/m3 and a height of 0.001 mg/m3, capable of continuous detection, and adjustable sampling and interval time;
V can directly measure and read PM2.5, PM10, and TSP values;
V adopts the principle of laser scattering particle counting for measurement, with independent technology, higher accuracy, and stable data
Equipped with a large capacity lithium battery, it can work continuously for 10 hours;
The built-in high-quality brushless motor diaphragm pump ensures a long service life and stable flow rate;
V has dynamic automatic calibration function, which can eliminate instrument system errors;
Multiple data interfaces, can connect to micro printers, can communicate with upper computers, achieve data communication with PCs, detect data can be stored, replayed, and automatically draw dust concentration curves;
V has multiple built-in working modes and can directly read TWA and STEL.
