    Product Introduction

      The LD-5H laser dust analyzer is a fast dust analyzer that uses light scattering from a laser micro light source. There are PM10, PM5, PM2.5, PM1.0, and TSP cutters available for selection The instrument adopts a powerful suction pump, making it more suitable for detecting the concentration of PM10 inhalable particulate matter at the central air conditioning exhaust port that requires a longer sampling tube, and monitoring the concentration of inhalable dust PM2.5.

    Measuring principle

      By shining a laser beam onto a dusty airflow, the beam produces scattered light. The higher the dust concentration, the greater the intensity of the scattered light produced, thereby measuring the dust concentration. The light scattering method is used to determine the concentration of inhalable particulate matter in the air of public places, which has the advantages of speed, sensitivity, good stability, small size, light weight, no noise, easy operation, safety and reliability. On the one hand, this method has high sensitivity and requires less sample size, and can eliminate or simplify sample processing steps, thus greatly reducing sampling and analysis time; On the other hand, this method does not require sample storage, thus avoiding or reducing various possible error factors in the analysis method.

    Performance Characteristics

      1. It can directly read the mass concentration of particulate matter (mg/m3), output the result in 1 minute, or set the sampling time according to user needs;

      2. The built-in filter membrane sampling device can continuously monitor dust concentration and collect particulate matter for analysis of its composition, and calculate the mass concentration conversion coefficient K value.

      3. The built-in filtering device avoids the influence of dust on instrument components and extends the service life of the instrument;

      4. Designed a self calibration system with stable and reliable instrument performance;

      5. Equipped with air curtain shielding and self-cleaning function for clean gas, ensuring that the optical system is not contaminated;

      6. Implemented software automatic zeroing;
