Measuring principle
Online extraction technology enriches colorimetric determination, greatly reducing the detection limit through this technology. The detection limit of conventional methods is 0.2ppm, while the detection limit is reduced to 0.002ppm through online extraction technology
Measurement method:
Multiple options can be implemented, and timed measurement can be used to start the instrument for measurement at any time the user wants to monitor every day; Equal time measurement can automatically start the instrument every few hours at fixed intervals every day for measurement; Continuous measurement can achieve automatic sample measurement one after another, which can be used for product acceptance and related technical certification; Manual measurement can enable users to start measurement at any time on site, and can be used for on-site experimental comparison and equipment installation and debugging.
Measurement time:
It can be set arbitrarily, usually 15 minutes. This technique is used because the time for measuring a sample using the national standard method is fixed, in order to ensure that any water sample can be accurately measured. By setting the reaction time arbitrarily, it ensures that any water sample can obtain accurate monitoring results.
Correction method:
Automatic timed calibration or manual calibration, where the calibration standard solution can be configured and set according to the nearest principle based on the actual surfactant content range of the user's water sample, because the water sample that the user wants to monitor is generally limited to a certain range. By configuring a standard solution that is close to the actual water sample content of the user based on the nearest principle, the instrument can greatly improve the accuracy of measurement.
Reagent consumption:
During each measurement process, only 1mL of each reagent is consumed, and after the measurement is completed, the reagents are discharged into a large capacity recycling container, greatly extending the overall reagent replacement time.
Internal sampling of the instrument:
By using an injection pump, the characteristic of the injection pump compared to a peristaltic pump is that it has a long service life and does not have aging components such as pump tubes. The service life of the injection pump can accompany the instrument for a lifetime, and only the syringe needs to be replaced once a year.
External sampling of instruments:
Two methods are provided: submersible pump and self-priming pump. Generally, submersible pump is used for situations where the drop between the water sample point and the ground is too large (usually more than 2 meters), while self-priming pump is used for situations where the drop between the water sample point and the ground is less than 2 meters.
Maintenance cycle:
If 12 samples are measured daily, the reagents should be replaced every three months; Clean the filter screen of the external sampling pump every three months based on the actual water sample situation; Clean the quantitative tube every six months or choose to replace it.
Preprocessing device:
The preprocessing device will automatically perform flushing and maintenance after each measurement, and it also has a separate control box for manual cleaning and maintenance.
Secondary pollution:
All chemical reagents used are fully recovered and there is no direct discharge to the outside world.
Data transmission:
