The various parts of the system should also maintain the filling level of the oil. A one-way valve can be installed at the outlet of the oil pump and a back pressure valve can be installed on the return oil path.

      5. The filter screen or filter at the oil outlet of the fuel tank should be kept clean and not clogged. Otherwise, under the suction effect of the oil pump, a vacuum will form in the filter and pipeline, causing a large amount of air to be sucked in from the filter and pipeline joints.

      If air enters the high-pressure pipeline of the crane, it will be rapidly compressed under the impact of pressure oil, causing noise in the hydraulic system of the crane. Moreover, when the gas is suddenly compressed, it releases a large amount of heat, causing local overheating, accelerating the temperature rise of the oil, causing damage to hydraulic components or rapid deterioration of the oil, and reducing the service life of the oil. In addition, due to the high compressibility of air, the oil is discontinuous and the hydraulic system is unstable.
