The steam hydrophobic joint draws on the design scheme of similar foreign products in terms of structure, using a unique structure between the pipeline support and the inner wall of the steel sleeve as the sliding interface. The strong sealing performance of the steel sleeve is used to successfully solve the difficulty of waterproofing and impermeability. The outer wall of the outer sleeve adopts anti-corrosion, and the insulation layer adopts two-layer hydrophobic composite silicate insulation material. The internal and external staggered wrapping reduces heat loss. The support in the steel sleeve adopts insulation measures to prevent thermal bridges. The product has a service life of over 30 years for pipelines that transport media with a pressure not exceeding 2.5MPa and a temperature not exceeding 350 ℃. Specification of steel pipe inside the steel sleeve steel drainage joint: 7 nominal diameters DN20-600mm, using seamless steel pipe according to GB8163-99; Welded steel pipes that comply with GB/T9711.1-97 or spiral seam welded steel pipes that comply with SY/T5037-99 shall be used for DN700mm and above.
