Description :
The raw materials for yellow jacket insulation pipes mainly include seamless steel pipes and seamless steel pipes. The commonly used thermal insulation material of yellow jacket polyurethane thermal insulation steel pipe is rigid polyurethane foam plastic, and the applicable temperature is -185~120 ℃. This material has a soft texture. To improve its strength, a high-density polyethylene layer is added outside the insulation layer to form a composite structure to prevent groundwater from seeping into the insulation layer. The structure of the yellow jacket insulation pipe mainly includes a working steel pipe layer, a polyurethane insulation layer, and a high-density polyethylene protective layer. The outer layer is covered with black or yellow polyethylene plastic material prefabricated to a certain wall thickness. Black ones are called black jacket insulation pipes, while yellow ones are called yellow jacket insulation pipes. Its functions are twofold: firstly, to protect the polyurethane insulation layer from mechanical damage caused by hard objects; secondly, to prevent corrosion and waterproofing. High density polyethylene polyurethane foam insulation steel pipes shall comply with the SY/T114-2000 and SY/T115-2001 standards.
