Steel lined PO pipes, storage tanks, and other non-standard equipment PO are homopolymer copolymers of ethylene and propylene, with superior acid, alkali, salt, and organic solvent resistance. They are not susceptible to electrochemical corrosion and can be safely used for a long time in the temperature range of -40-85 degrees Celsius. The surface of the product is smooth, and the lining layer and steel surface are tightly bonded, with a low friction coefficient and excellent resistance to foreign objects and wear. Steel lining PO processing technology: using a hot rolling axis one-time forming process, the whole is formed in one go. For larger equipment and pipelines, we also use a layer of turtle shell mesh of corresponding specifications on the surface of the substrate to increase the adhesion between the lining layer and the substrate. It can be used in negative pressure environments and is one of the ideal materials to replace stainless steel and other special steels. The corrosion resistance of steel lined PE pipes, storage tanks, and other non-standard equipment PE is similar to PO, and the processing technology is also the same, but the temperature used is slightly lower, with a high usage temperature of 70 degrees.
