Description :









Polyisocyanurate or polyiso, the English name of polyisocyanurate for cold insulation pipe shell, is a new type of organic polymer thermal insulation material. It is a foam polymer formed by fully mixing, reacting and foaming of isocyanate with polyether (Ployol) as the main raw material, plus catalyst, fire retardant and environment-friendly foaming agent through special formula and strict process conditions. Because this foam polymer has an independent closed cell structure and a high closed cell rate, the foam cells are fine and uniform, the heat insulation performance is good, and the flame resistance and flame retardancy are extremely excellent, so it shows excellent quality in heat insulation, water resistance and moisture permeability, continuity, compression resistance, flame retardancy, and cold shrinkage rate. HDPIR guide pipe bracket is used in any place where pipelines are laid, also known as pipe support, pipe section, etc. As the supporting structure of the pipeline, the pipe rack is divided into fixed and movable types according to the operational performance and layout requirements of the pipeline. The place where fixed points are set becomes a fixed bracket, which cannot undergo relative displacement with the pipeline bracket. Moreover, the deformation of the fixed bracket after being subjected to force should be very small compared to the deformation value of the pipeline compensator, because the bracket needs to have sufficient rigidity. The place where the intermediate support is set adopts a movable pipe rack, and relative displacement is allowed between the pipeline and the pipe rack, without constraining the thermal deformation of the pipeline.
