Description :
Roller through shot blasting machine is a multifunctional steel pre-treatment line for cleaning welded structural components, H-beams, section steels, grid structures, and steel plates. During the cleaning process, the steel structural components or steel are fed into the ejection area inside the cleaning machine chamber by an electrically controlled adjustable speed conveyor roller. The entire body is subjected to strong and dense projectile strikes and friction from different coordinate directions, causing the oxide scale, rust layer, and dirt on it to quickly fall off. The steel surface obtains a certain roughness and smooth surface. Workpieces are loaded and unloaded on the inlet and outlet roller conveyors on both sides of the cleaning room. The pellets and rust dust that fall onto the steel are blown by the blowing device. The mixture of scattered pellets and dust is transported by the recovery screw to the chamber funnel, collected by the longitudinal and transverse screw conveyors at the lower part of the elevator, and then lifted to the separator at the upper part of the machine. The separated pure pellets fall into the separator hopper for shot blasting circulation. Dust is generated during shot blasting and is sent to the dust removal system through the exhaust duct. The purified air is discharged into the atmosphere, and the particulate dust is captured and collected.
