      working principle

      This machine can automatically complete the entire working process from loading to unloading the processed workpiece from the machine. The workpieces that need to be processed are automatically dropped into the turnover box from the previous process. The turnover box (provided by the buyer) is transported to the feeding hopper position by the roller conveyor system. The electric chain hoist smoothly lifts the feeding hopper, and when it reaches the point, the hopper tilts, and the workpieces inside the hopper slide along the bottom of the hopper onto the rubber track that is undergoing winding motion. Afterwards, the hopper automatically falls, the shot blasting chamber door automatically descends and closes, and the shot blasting machine begins to project pellets onto the workpiece to peel off the attached substances such as oxide skin on its surface. At the same time as shot blasting, the track that performs winding motion drives the workpiece to continuously roll, exposing all surfaces of the workpiece to the high-speed projectile beam for uniform treatment. The splashing bullets pass through the small holes densely distributed on the tracks and fall into the steel mesh at the bottom of the shot blasting chamber for screening, reaching the shot collection hopper. They are horizontally transported by the screw conveyor to the bottom of the elevator and then vertically lifted to the top shot sand separator. The purified pellets flow into the pill storage bin, and then enter the shot blasting machine again through the pill supply gate to participate in the cycle. The shot blasting time is controlled by a time relay. After the shot blasting is completed and the sand is screened, the shot blasting chamber door automatically opens, and the track rotates in the opposite direction. The processed workpiece is unloaded and falls into the conveyor belt, which then falls into the turnover platform. Thus, a work cycle is completed.
