Description :
The plastic welding rod extruder consists of a single screw extruder, control system, precision mold, stainless steel cooling water tank, four-wheel tractor, precision cutting machine or rewinding machine.
1. Characteristic description of precision host:
A、 Mechanical architecture: The bottom of the rack is equipped with an overall thickened steel plate, which is heavier and has a lower center of gravity, ensuring the stability of high-speed operation of the machine
B、 Power system: The electrical part is controlled by Delta inverter, and the main motor is Jiangmen Jiangsheng motor, providing a stable and reliable power system
C、 Temperature control system: The temperature control adopts HUB intelligent temperature control meter, dual PID intelligent control, and all solid state relay, making the control process quieter and more reliable. The air cooling adopts Taiwan multi wing fan, which has quiet sound and large air volume
2. Mold: Using different materials of mold steel and design according to the characteristics of different materials.
3. Stainless steel cooling water tank: Conventional 5-meter water tank with pressure drainage structure at the outlet
4. Traction section
Traction system: It adopts PU flexible multi wedge belt, high-precision linear guide opening and closing, long and low adjustment mechanism, and adopts synchronous belt transmission to overcome the slight vibration caused by gear transmission during gear teeth passing, which makes the traction speed smoother and provides guarantee for high-quality products.
5. Cutting using a fixed length saw blade cutting machine
Adopting a set of precision pneumatic propulsion system with motion; Installation form of saw blade: suspended inclined feeding to ensure cutting error of the product
6. Double station/four station rewinding machine: According to the shape of the welding rod and customer requirements, the welding rod can be collected by rewinding. It can be equipped with dual station or four station winding equipment.
