　　TPU profile, due to its softness, good tensile strength, impact strength, high and low temperature resistance, can be filled with 1.5 MPa without expansion inside the tube. The explosive pressure can reach 2-5 MPa and has good oil resistance. TPU pipes are mainly processed by extrusion molding. However, due to the tendency of TPU to absorb water and reduce the strength of the product, the raw materials should be dried at 100-120 ℃ for 4 hours before processing to keep the moisture content in TPU below 0.05%. Temperature adjustment should be noted during extrusion, and adding 1-4PHR lubricant to pure TPU can help stabilize the extrusion flow and improve the surface smoothness of the pipe.
