Production process:

1. The host adopts a hard tooth surface reducer for transmission, and the screw barrel is made of nitriding alloy steel (38CrMoALA) or quenched alloy steel (9Cr18MoV). The host drive adopts an AC variable frequency controller, which has no oil stains and low noise; The temperature controller adopts an intelligent temperature control meter, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃;

The main body of the stainless steel cooling water tank is made of imported SUS304 material; The sink rack adopts a threaded lifting device, which can be adjusted in three dimensions up, down, left, right, and is very convenient to operate; Equipped with a stainless steel water storage tank, the cooling water can be recycled without splashing on the ground;
