One end of the sleeve is fitted with a steel ring, with the outer diameter of the steel ring being equal to the outer diameter of the sleeve and the inner diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the anchor bolt. Then, the sleeve is inserted into the anchor bolt, and the steel ring at the bottom of the sleeve is welded to the bolt, ensuring that the upper end of the sleeve is perpendicular to the centerline of the anchor bolt and that the anchor bolt is higher than the upper end face of the sleeve. (L=height of foundation platform+thickness of equipment foundation plate+thickness of washer+thickness of two nuts) Place the assembled anchor bolts into the reserved holes of the foundation, lift the equipment foundation plate or associated equipment onto the cement foundation, thread the anchor bolts, level and calibrate with shims, and perform secondary grouting.
