Pulse pneumatic conveyor is an agricultural and industrial machinery that uses pneumatic conveying to transport granular materials. It is suitable for bulk transportation of small granular materials such as grain and plastic, and can also be used for industrial building materials such as fly ash, cement powder, activated carbon powder, and glass fiber transportation and loading. The pipeline layout can transport materials horizontally, obliquely, and vertically, with large and small walking wheels. The use of fans (or other air sources) to create a velocity airflow inside the pipeline, in order to transport granular materials from here to there along the pipeline, is called pneumatic conveying.
This machine is a self-priming conveying equipment used for loading, bagging, and transporting powdered, powdery, granular, and dry materials such as fly ash, cement powder, stone powder, and activated carbon powder.
The machine consists of a Roots blower, main power (motor or diesel engine), pulse tank (including filter cartridge, filter bag, pulse controller, pulse valve, etc.), star shaped unloader (i.e. air damper, usually installed at the bottom of the pulse tank), base (or gantry), air compressor (i.e. air pump), pipeline (including steel pipe, muffler pipe, hose, etc.), suction nozzle (i.e. feeding nozzle), and other parts.
