Description :
The reflective film for signs should be Class IV film, with a reflection level of super strong. Its reflectance value (small value), color coordinates of the reflective film color, and durability period of the sign color should meet the requirements of the Ministry of Transport's "Road Traffic Reflective Film" (GBT 18833-2012). The shape, pattern, and color of traffic signs should be strictly implemented in accordance with the standards and design drawings of "Road Traffic Signs and Markings" (GB5768-2009). The outer edge of the border of traffic signs should have a background color. The sign board is connected to sliding channel steel and rolled edge reinforcement, and can be riveted or spot welded while ensuring the connection strength and flatness of the sign board surface, without affecting the application of reflective film. Double sided groove welding is used between the reinforcing ribs of the signboard and the flange and column. Except for small fastening components such as bolts and nuts, which have a zinc coating of 350g/m2, other steel components have a zinc coating of 600g/m2. The reflective grade of reflective film shall be determined in accordance with the "Road Traffic Reflective Film" (GBT 18833-2012). The reflective film for the logo should be Class IV film with a super reflective grade.
