The wind resistance of the rod should be designed at 36.9-60 meters per second. The anti-corrosion service life of the pole body is greater than 25 years.

　　3. The surface of the rod is sprayed with a thickness of ≥ 100um, with adhesion reaching GB9286-880 level. The surface is lubricated with a hardness of ≥ 2H, and outdoor weather resistance data is used. The spraying data is full polyester plastic powder.

　　4. The process and acceptance standards for traffic sign poles shall be implemented in accordance with national regulations, and the design life of the poles shall be greater than 25 years.

　　5. The horizontal bar flange should be flush with each other. The appearance should be smooth and lubricated, with an error of no more than ± 4mm from the flange of the upright pole. The interchangeability of the same horizontal pole should be good to meet the fast requirements. Strengthen the handling at the junction of the horizontal bars to achieve overall wind resistance strength. After installation, it will not tilt or sag, and the two horizontal bars will be parallel and diverge.
