Cement and water are mixed at high speed in a slurry making machine through vortex action to produce qualified slurry.
The qualified slurry is introduced into the secondary mixing tank by the high-speed vortex pulping machine. A liquid level sensor is installed above the mixing tank and connected to the computer comprehensive control system to monitor the position of the slurry in real time. The mixer continues to stir to prevent the slurry from settling. According to the actual situation, the slurry in the secondary mixing tank is transported to the corresponding grouting site through the grouting pipeline by the grouting pump.
