Description :
The SZ-YT2000 integrated mobile high-speed vortex pulping system developed by Saizhi has been put into use in this project, mainly for preparing cement fly ash mixed slurry. The prepared slurry has high dispersibility and flowability. Adopting advanced high-speed eddy current slurry preparation system, an automated grouting station with automatic feeding and metering is established. The designed grouting capacity of the entire station is 80 cubic meters, and the daily grouting capacity is not less than 1200 cubic meters.
The entire station adopts a microcomputer control system to accurately control the grouting flow rate, grouting pressure, grouting density, achieve complete automation of feeding, mixing, grouting, etc., and can monitor the grouting process throughout the process, preview and view various grouting data reports in a timely manner. To achieve the goal of meeting design requirements, improving grouting effectiveness, saving manpower, and conserving resources.
