Advantages and characteristics of high-speed pulping machine
(1) The powder is stored in a closed tank shaped container, which is beneficial for environmental protection on the ground and also for the use and measurement of materials. The feeding part adopts a variable frequency screw conveyor, which can control the feeding amount at any time according to the ratio. The water supply is monitored by an electromagnetic flowmeter and fed back to the Saizhi automated pulp intelligent comprehensive control system in real time to ensure the water supply amount and achieve the preset water solid ratio.
(2) The high-speed eddy current pulping machine adopts a containerized sealing design, which can be used for both ground grouting stations and temporary grouting stations, and is easy to transport and install. No additional power distribution is required. Simply connect the main cable to start automatic pulping, with remote IoT functionality.
(3) The low-speed rotation of the slurry storage tank mixer prevents slurry sedimentation, effectively ensuring the continuous grouting operation, improving efficiency, saving manpower and material resources, and ensuring project quality.
