Description :
SZ-YT3000 Integrated Mobile Intelligent Pulping System
Including a vortex mixing drum, a mechanical mixing drum, a base, a frame, and a control cabinet, the base is a rectangular plate, and the upper part of the base is divided into four independent areas arranged side by side by a frame. A vortex mixing drum is set in one end area of the frame, and a guide plate is set on the inner side wall of the vortex mixing drum. The guide plate is a spiral blade. A weighing chassis is set between the vortex mixing drum and the base, and the weighing chassis is connected to the vortex mixing drum through a bracket. The bottom of the vortex mixing drum is set as a conical protrusion, and the end of the conical protrusion at the bottom of the vortex mixing drum is connected to the suction pipe through a flange.
The suction pipeline is connected to the input end of the pipeline pump through a flange at one end away from the vortex mixing drum. A sealed chamber is set on the outside of the pipeline pump, and the power input shaft of the pipeline pump is connected to a motor through a coupling. The motor is set directly above the sealed chamber. The output end of the pipeline pump is connected to the slurry outlet pipe and the slurry return pipe through a three-way connection. The slurry return pipe is respectively connected to the top and middle of the side wall of the vortex mixing drum. A continuous slurry outlet pipe is set in the middle of the outer wall of the vortex mixing drum, and a pneumatic control valve is set on the slurry outlet pipe. The top of the vortex mixing drum is connected to an upper water pipe, and an upper water and gas valve is set at the inlet of the upper water pipe.
