Main functions
The integrated mobile high-speed vortex pulping system integrates the following functions:
1. First stage high-speed vortex stirring: Mix the powder and water according to the set ratio;
2. Secondary slurry storage and mixing: used to store the prepared slurry, prevent precipitation or segregation of the slurry, and supply it to the slurry pump for suction;
3. Water tank supply system: Adopting a connected frame water tank, users do not need to build their own water tank. Equipped with a built-in water supply pump, the system can also automatically control the start and stop of external water sources;
4. Electric control system: Adopting GGD standard electrical control cabinet, including air switch, contactor, residual current circuit breaker, thermal relay protector, frequency converter, etc., with automatic and manual switching functions.
5. Air system: Micro reciprocating piston air compressor, air storage tank, used for breaking the arch of cement silo and opening and closing various pneumatic valves;
6. Monitoring system: Real time monitoring of cement silo material level, water tank level, slurry density, mixing ratio, and grouting pressure. Various parameters such as flow rate have high feedback accuracy and small errors;
