Working principle of high-speed pulping machine:
The raw materials and water enter the feeding pipe through the feeding hopper, and the slag discharge device starts to operate. The initial slurry mixed with water is sent to the slag discharge port. During the transportation process, the particle size conforms to the principle of pulp making and is discharged into the pulp making device through the filter screen of the slurry filtration cylinder. The remaining waste raw materials will be discharged from the slag discharge port. After the raw materials are screened and enter the pulp making device, they are continuously stirred by the inner mixing drum and mixer. After the mixing is completed, the valve is opened, and the slurry flows into the outer fixed frame of the pulp making device through the slurry outlet, and is discharged from the slurry outlet. During the flow of the slurry, the double-layer structure has a secondary filtering effect. The pulp making device is driven by a motor to rotate the gears, and the slag discharge device is driven by a slag discharge motor to operate the screw conveyor.

The pulp making device adopts a double-layer structure, with the outer layer fixed and suspended for fixing purposes, while leaving a certain gap with the inner layer, playing a role in secondary filtration and pulp discharge. The inner layer of the pulp making device is arranged along the circumference with the blades of the agitator, and there are slurry outlet holes between the blades to allow the slurry to flow out smoothly. The pulp making device relies on gear transmission. The slag discharge device adopts a horizontal structure, which is independent of the pulp preparation device. The pulp raw materials enter the slag discharge device directly from the feeding port and are separated from the slurry and residue under the mixing of water. The residue is directly discharged from the slag discharge port, and the slurry will enter the pulp preparation device for further mixing and stirring by the mixer. The pulping machine adopts a sealing ring form, and both the L-shaped and Z-shaped fixed frames are equipped with sealing devices to prevent the slurry from entering the transmission system. The feed inlet of the pulp mill is connected to the slag discharge device by a circular arc and is tangent at the corner, solving the problem of blockage caused by sudden changes in the transmission channel.
