　　1. The input gas pressure of this gas cylinder fixture is 0.8Mpa and shall not exceed 1MPa

　　3. Operators are strictly prohibited from placing their hands inside the gas cylinder fixture when operating it.

　　 5、 Operation steps:

　　Step 1- Place the gas cylinder fixture in a position where the operator has sufficient workspace for easy disassembly of the gas cylinder valve;

　　Step 2- After placing the gas cylinder fixture, fix the base of the gas cylinder fixture to the ground with anchor bolts to ensure that the gas cylinder fixture will not move when disassembling the gas cylinder valve;

　　Step 3- Connect the intake pipe of the gas cylinder fixture to the gas source;

　　Step 4- Adjust the height pad screw of the gas cylinder to the appropriate position based on its height;

　　Step 5- Place the gas cylinder that is about to install or remove the gas cylinder valve into the V-shaped groove and top rod;

　　Step 6- Pull the valve with the handle to contract and tighten the gas cylinder;

　　Step 7- After confirming that there is no pressure in the cylinder to be disassembled, use a wrench to unscrew the cylinder valve. Or use a torque wrench to assemble the gas cylinder valve; Note:After applying an appropriate amount of silicone grease to the threads and sealing rings of the cylinder valve, first screw the cylinder valve into the thread of the bottle mouth by hand, and then tighten the cylinder valve with a torque wrench, with a torque of 80N. m-100N. m. (For bottle valves that cannot be screwed in, they cannot be forcibly screwed in, and the thread of the bottle valve should be checked.).

　　Step 8- Pull the valve with the handle to contract the cylinder, and take out the gas cylinder;

　　Step 9- Repeat steps 5 to 8 to proceed with the assembly or disassembly of the next cylinder valve.
